What We Will Not Do
We work on garage doors, openers, springs, tracks, cables, and panels - that's the job. We don't take on general handyman work, and we don't install commercial roll-up doors on warehouses; if that's what you need, we'll tell you so at the door instead of taking the job and figuring it out later.
Most of the doors we open up in Orange sit on houses built between 1938 and 1995, with the bulk of that stock going up in the 1960s and 70s. That means a lot of original one-piece doors, older torsion setups, and hardware that's been repainted more than once.
We won't tell you a door needs full replacement when a spring, a cable, or a set of rollers will get it running safely again - and we also won't spend an hour trying to save a door that's rusted through or has a cracked panel section past the point where parts hold up. Sometimes the honest call is that replacement costs less over time than another patch repair.
We don't guess at pricing over the phone for anything beyond a basic spring swap, because every torsion setup on a 1960s door is a little different once we're standing in front of it.

We'd rather ask a couple of questions on the phone than show up with the wrong part on the truck. A torsion spring job on a single door is a different visit than an opener swap on a double door with a bent track, and knowing which one you've got before we drive out saves everybody time.

Where We Travel
Orange sits close to a cluster of cities, and we run jobs across most of them. Villa Park and North Tustin are both about four miles out, Placentia is six, and Stanton, Midway City, and Westminster are around eight. Farther out we cover Brea, Buena Park, and Cypress at roughly ten miles, La Habra and La Palma at eleven, and Los Alamitos, East Whittier, Seal Beach, and Hawaiian Gardens at twelve.
On the longer end we still take calls from Rossmoor, Rowland Heights, La Habra Heights, Cerritos, and Chino Hills around thirteen miles, and out to Diamond Bar and Norwalk at fifteen. Lakewood, Hacienda Heights, South San Jose Hills, and Aliso Viejo sit around sixteen miles, which is about the edge of where we'll run a same-day call for a broken spring versus scheduling it for the next open slot.
Closer in, the Platinum Triangle is about two miles northwest of us and the Anaheim Resort area is roughly three miles west - both quick trips if you're near either one.
Distance isn't the only factor in scheduling, but past sixteen miles we ask more questions about timing before we commit a truck to the drive.
